Our Story

Cook Brothers Hospitality Group started in 2004, and we've been on an epic ride ever since. From our beginnings at the infamous Captain Cook Tavern (RIP) in Dunedin, we've always pushed ourselves to do better and have a lot of fun along the way. We've delivered exceptional experiences for our customers and some amazing memories for our team members who were able to be a part of it.

We have created some of New Zealand’s most beloved bars, restaurants and licensed burger joints, with outlets throughout the country that offer outstanding food and beverages delivered with warmth and hospitality.

Our people are the lifeblood of our business and we owe a huge thanks to every team member that has come on board over the last 17 years for joining us on this awesome journey so far.
